keyboard language settings

Hi.

Yesterday my keyboard has losed italian setting. Now I have english
keyboard. I-ve tried to reinstall italian language whit Change keyboard and
other input methods but this option not works. All International and
Languages Options not works.

Some ideas to solve this problem

I have Windows Vista Premium Edition / No SP1
