keyboard not working

I am using Visa premium home and also have office student 2007 installed and
for some reason the left side of my keyboard keys only type letters when
holding down the Fn key otherwise it types the Fn instead i.e instead of an o
it will type a 6 unless i press the Fn key. please help! is this a visa
problem or a problem with the computer? I cannot get work done efficiently.

Visa is a credit card provider. Try searching google for the function key on
a laptop - it sounds like you have accidentally hit the function key and
need to look up how to reset whatever you have done.
