Keyboard settings

Hi all,

I've set my keyboard settings to Dutch > Keyboard US International,
which is my preferred setting. However, somehow it changes backto
English all the time. Sadly I can't delete English, and I've moved
Dutch all the way up. Is there any way to avoid resetting the settings
all the time?

yes. you change your language, click on apply or ok. close. re-starting your
windows. (last is very important, re-starting).
It's not necessary removed any language
