Well, Larry, I'm going to offer a quick and simple solution, but I may not be
right. In the control panel (Start Menu>Settings>Control Panel) there will
be a KEYBOARD icon. There, you can change the language in which your
keyboard types. Is it set for English(United States)? I'm sorry, but that's
all I can really offer. I hope that will solve your problem.
