keycode dont work any1 help

got the keycode and downloaded both 32 and 64 bit vista but the key isnt
recongnised on either can any1 help me pls

Same problem - it's just a waste of time

Are you refering to the product code? If so, I found the code provided when
downloading was different than the one in the email.

same problem here, emailed Microsoft, doubt will get a reply or another key
that works...
