I have a new laptop with windows vista, and it keeps kicking me off line. I
have spoken with others that are having the same problem. I have contacted
AOL and run all the diagnostics and there is no problem with my ssoftware.
Any one know what the problem is and how to fix it?

For once, it probably isn't Vista but AOL. Do people still use AOL?

Out-dated network/wifi drivers?
Out-dated router/modem firmware?
Bad Weather affecting the line?
Maintenance being done on the line?

Other?

Are other programs also unable to stay connected?

Probably the Internet tooth fairy is doing this so that yours isn't just
another one of those millions of Windoze boxes owned by a spambot. The
Internet will truly get smart when it's able to keep ALL Windoze boxes off
the Net.

Cheers.

Some advice is free, bad advice could cost more than you have.
To mail spam is really hot but please reply to thread so all may benefit (or
laugh at my mistakes)
