I found the problem. My "parent" is concerned that I don't share any personal
information so when she made my children's account she checked the box that I
couldn't share any information. Well messenger could enable sharing personal
information so my contact list didn't load and I wasn't able to log onto
messenger. Now she changed that but "manages" my contact list so that I can
only messenger or email with contacts that she has approved. Her problem is
solved....mine is just beginning.
