Hi,

These problems is a lot of time that I'm not able to resolve:

Starting the defragmenter utility the graphic interface don't appear to see
how the defrag is set for Vista

Starting the Task Scheduler utility don't work but the console appear.

In events list register appear an error about RPC for this failure of Task
Scheduler.
I've checked if the Services needed by Task Scheduler to run are in
automatic start
and are all in automatic start.

Bug of Vista or what else?

I've asked here in this forum in the past but without have a solution.

Thanks

Run Accessories/System Tools/Task Scheduler

Open Task Schduler Library/Microsoft/Windows/Defrag

Right Click on Scheduled Defrag and Enable - Status should show "Ready"

Hi,

When I launch Task Scheduler the console appear but before appear this
message:

Task Scheduler service not available. Be sure the service is running.

The console open but on the right side section appear this:

Create basic activity (is inactive)
Create Activity (is inactive)
Import Activity (is inactive)
View all activities (is inactive)

In activity status is

Read data failure

In active activities

Read Data failure

Thank you
