They told me that they had experienced some problems and they suspected SP2
was the cause for the problems, they suggested that I uninstall SP2, they
also suggested that I reformat the hard drive. I did not uninstall SP2
because I was afraid of the issues it might cause. I did reformat the hard
drive and it now seems to work ok.
