KX-P2023 Dot Matrix Printer not printer right most character

After updating to Windows XP and related new driver, custom forms
disappeared. Followed Panasonic's directions to add custom form - need 7"
form for pre-printed Simply Invoices/Statements. When I use my new customer
form (added through server properties), right most char does not print. When
I use the standard letter form it prints all characters across but advances
11" into the middle of my next invoice. Please help, month-end is fast
approaching.

Buy a printer designed for XP, with proper drivers
