L2TP logging Windows 7

Guys, I am testing L2TP to a Cisco ASA using Windows 7. We are using a
machine cert, and it's not working. ASA admin is saying he is not even
seeing the ASA receiving a cert from me, despite the cert being in my
personal store, and all the parameters correct for offline auth (as far as
we can tell). Meanwhile, I am at a loss to troubleshoot this. All I know is
I am getting the VPN 810 error.

What sort of enhanced logging can I get on the client, and how can I
configure it? The built in RAS/VPN logging and Report Viewer is not giving
me the in-depth cert troubleshooting info I am looking for.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
