language appears but is not installed... ?

I currently have 3 languages installed via the Text Services and Input
Languages. (US-EN; Hebrew; Chinese).

However, when I click on the language bar (or when i cycle through using the
keyboard shortcut, German is listed as an option.

It was not always this way. And it just appeared... I noticed when I was
doing my normal thing, switching languages, and suddenly my text came out
differently. I'm not sure how this happened, and can't find other examples
of this on the internet. I would like to remove the German option. But of
course, when I look at my settings, it does not appear on the installed
languages list.

Any suggestions?
