Language Bar Does Not show

My language bar was magically disappeared from my taskbar yesterday. I
tried to find it by right click on taskbar and then toolbars, but it is
not there. Then I tried to check on Regional and Language Options from
Control Panel. The language bar was selected as Docked in the taskbar
and checked on Show additional language bar icons in the taskbar and
Show text labels on the Language bar.

PS. I try to selected Floating on Desktop instead of Docked in the
taskbar. But after I click OK, nothing happend and when I opened the
options again, it turned back to Docked in the taskbar.

Under Regional and Language Options > Keyboards and Laguages (tab) > Change
Keyboard > Language bar (tab) > under Language bar > select "Floating on
Desktop" radio box.

I have exactly the same problem. None of the solutions suggested here so far
have been of any use either.
Qianwen19, can you please let me know here if you manage to find a fix for
this problem?
Thanks!

I have same problem and surfing through the webs to see if anyone has
any solution to bring my language bar back to my screen. My missing
language bar is no where to find.

I have the same problem. I even tried creating another profile and setting
it up on that. That didn't work either. I wonder if Microsoft is aware?
