apart from an upgrade to ultimate or enterprise, is there a way to change the
interface (not just keyboard) to Russian (strangely not one of the 27
localized versions listed). I won't go into how stupid it is to require an
upgrade just to have windows in a different language, the U.S being a melting
pot and all.... but i digress. any ideas on how to change the interface. is
there a registry value that limits the number of languages on
non-ultimate/enterprise vista versions?
