Language Pack ENG

Hi, my friend is running MSWindows Vista Home Premium CZE/SK language
version, but he wants ENG interface. He has no Internet connection. Is it
possible to download this ENG Languge pack from anywhere? Thanks for help

Vista Home Premium does not qualify for this feature, only Vista Ultimate
and Vista Business (IIRC).
