English Language pack update fails always, no matter whether launched in safe
mode, from automatic update download, from lpksetup.
Code displayed is either 1 or 2.
Machine is a Toshiba A100/750, upgraded from Vista Home Premium OEM Italian
to Windows Ultimate, license is both valid and legitimate.
Visual inspection of Windows directories shows that update actually installs
English, then decides to roll back installation and delete it.
If launched alone, lpksetup log is as follows:
