Language

Hello,
Purchased a laptop with Vista Home Premium and it does not have a language
option. Can only vista Ultimate change the language for the system? The
computer is being taken to The Netherlands, and needs to display in Dutch.
And of course, I do not have a Windows CD, just a recovery disk. Anyone have
a solution for this?

Unfortunately this feature is only available in the Ultimate version.
