Languge Bar Missing COMPLETELY!

Hello Guys. I have a HUGE problem. Yesterday I noticed that mylanguage
bar was missing. I tried everything. When I right-click on taskbar, it;s
not available as an option, as it was in the past. it disappered. In
addition i gow Control Panel - Regional...-keyboards-change Keyboards..,
but the settings i tick don't work, cause when I click ok, it forgets my
settings. I think i this happened, cause I used som registry cleaners,
and they erased mey langbar from registry..Please I Need Your Help...I
Have lots of pages to write..PLEASE

Have you tried using System Restore to restore your computer to a point in
time when everything worked correctly?
