Lanuage bar

Every once in a while (especially when I suspend/resume my laptop), the
language bar disappears. I have to enter control panel, change options back
and forth and then apply again in order to find the language bar and be able
to change languahe. Alt+Shift doesn't work either when the bar is gone so I
can't avoid this procedure. I believeit has to do with suspend.
