No. You need a bootable disk with the BIOS updater program and a copy of
the old BIOS on it.
The computer maker's site is probably the only place to get this stuff - or
maybe the motherboard maker's site, if you can locate that.
Also, those sites would have the instructions on how to do what you want to
do. In fact, they might be the only places to get that info.
