Laptop/Desktop Sync

I have a laptop and a desktop running Vista Home Pre. I would like to find a
way to synchnonize the files between both computers. Ideally, I would like to
synch everything (two identical computers, filewise), but I will settle for
one folder or even just the desktop. Thanks.

Have you looked at the Windows Easy Transfer app? In system tools in
accessories.

Try MS SyncToy, the latest full version 1.4 is available from:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

and the version 2.0 Beta can be obtained from

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

They work on Vista or XP. I use it and it works great.
