Laptop has COA Sticker for Vista Bussiness

But ultimate has been installed on the laptop...I don't have original discs.
If I but Ultimate, I assume I can't use the COA code on the laptop for
Ultimate as it is for bussiness. So, I should get a bussiness discs from
Dell or just a version frm maybe ebay.
