Laptop just started crashing

i have a Sony Vaio with Home premuim 64bit and just started havin
problem with it crashing and bluescreening.. I have not installe
anything myself but I do believe it started right after the las
automatic windows update. Any help in how to correct this would b
appreciated..

If you think the problem started right after Windows Updates, uninstall the
Updates and test. If all is well, install one Update at a time so you can
determine which one is the culprit.
