I have had three House Calls and two e-mail messages regarding oversized
display settings in the past two days. Windows Vista Home Premium all. The
Display settings dialog box is too large to make adjustments. The HP Total
Care Advisor opens and there is no way to drag it to the side.

Any thoughts?

Right click on the desktop,
select Personalize,
select display settings.
reset to a higher resolution.

To move the active windows when you cannot reach the title bar with
the mouse cursor, press and release <ALT>+<SPACE> and then press <M>.
You can now use the cursor arrow keys to move the display settings
dialog window back to the desired location. When the box is located
where you want it, press <Enter>.

Then right-click the Desktop, Select Personalize > Display Settings,
and choose a resolution appropriate for the monitor. (It is also
necessary that the proper display adapter drivers be installed, of course.)
