large SimilarityTable_2

I was wondering why there is a very large file called SimilarityTable_2
(8,192MB) in my messenger file in C:\Documents and Settings\my username\Local
Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Messenger\\SharingM etadata\Working.

This file and folder extension is totally hiden and i only knew it was there
with a disk analysis software and was wondering why the file is so large as i
dont use any sharing folders

It's a sparse file from an earlier beta implementation of sharing folders.
As such, it may appear to be 8 gigs, but its physical size on the disk is
much smaller.

You can delete the file if you wish, as it is not used anymore.

Sparse file from earlier versions. You can safely delete that file as it is
not being used anymore.
