What the heck happened to last week's posts? My list jumps from the 10th to
the 17th with nothing in between!!!

I've lost my ability to get Windows Updates, again, via Start -> All
Programs -> Windows Update and need to find the other way to get there.
HELP! PLEASE!

Open Internet Explorer. Click on Tools and then Windows Update.
