Hi There.
1. Finally got around to trying to fix this problem.
2. I followed the instructions as posted.
3. Everything went as expected BUT
4. After the "Detect and Repair" window, I got an error message
Error 1311
Source File Not Found
C\MSOCache\All Users\..................\Cab
Verify That The File exists and That You Can Access it.
"Retry" or "Cancel"
5. I could not proceed any farther.
6. I tried to Remove the program, but it would not let me, it kept trying to
install it.
HOWEVER
I did see in my "Change or Remove Programs" window two diferent MS Office
programs installed.
7. So I removed to older one.
8. Then the Updates installed.
So problem ultimately corrected
Thanks for the tips and lead that led to the fix
Thanks Again
Willie
