Latest cumulative patch makes new windows wrong size

I've just downloaded and installed the latest cumulative IE patch and
suddenly when I click on "Open in New Window" the window is not full screen
size. I've tried dragging and file-close but the same thing happens each
time I open a new window.
It's annoying! Anyone got a fix?
