Latest patches included in XP SP3

In all documents regarding sp3 for win xp there is a generic statement
last patches and hotfixes are included.

Are really April 2008 patches included as well ?

I believe this is a mistake in the article. Checking the relevant registry
settings on a SP3 system suggests that 948881 is also included.
