Many thanks for that. I will need to test out the patch, because the
behaviour described is different to what we have experienced. It seeems more
like a reported problem with a Siebel 7 ActiveX as the whole application does
run - just very, very slowly. There seems to be a couple of issues with this
update and we may be running in to more than one at a time.
The irony is that we have only just allowed the reps to update automatically
from the beginning of April because the updates recently seem to be more
relyable than a couple of years ago. We have to tread a fine line between
problems caused by updates and those caused by viruses and other undesirable
software.
