Latest update still causing STOP error on my PC

Hi,
after installing the last Windows Update (last week), my PC started having
daily blue screen "Stop" errors, crashing and restarting my machine.
I read about that update causing such problems for some users and that
Microsoft would issue a patch.
Today I installed the latest update, which included a patch for the last
update that said it would stop the "Stop" error lock-ups.
Unfortunately, after successfully applying the update, after rebooting and
going back to work, my PC crashed to the blue screen "STOP" error screen
AGAIN... this time with a different error code to what I was getting last
week.
I have not installed any other software or hardware, and it seems it is
clearly this update which has started these Stop error lock-ups.
Can someone at Microsoft please know that the latest patch for this broken
update, still does NOT fix the problem on some machines!

Post the complete STOP error & state your Windows version.
