Latest updates fail to download/install

WinXP + SP1 and all "high prority" hotfixes.

Tried to download and install latest hotfixes. I got the
following messages. What can I do?

I'm on SP2 but have the same problem since switching to MU. Looks like they
have come up with another piece of junk. I hope they fix it soon.
