Latest Windows Update causing trouble

Last week's Windows update is causing my windows explorer to crash whenever I
try to do something in it. It opens, but as soon as I try to do something it
crashes. Then, DrWatson crashes too. It has to be the windows update that
is casuing this as I did a system restore to a point a week before that
update and it works fine. Any ideas?

What happens if you install the update again?

And then, instead of doing a system restore back a week (which could
potentially be undoing more than just the update) - uninstalling just the
update from Control Pnael --> Add/Remove programs (with the "Show Updates"
box checked.)
