Hello Folks, I'm new to the posts here. I will thank you in advance for
looking at this post.

OK. I downloaded the newest updates from Microsoft (KB92087, 922582,
919007, 92065) the other day. I have not determined the culprit yet, but one
these updates has caused a problem with my Cisco VPN software and I need to
remove them from my system. I did try to remove and re-install the VPN
software but with no joy. I was able to use System Restore on a few of my
machines and fixed the problem but on 2 machines system restore is not
working (one of the machines does not have system retore set up and the other
machine will not restore to any dates). It shows on Microsoft's web site
that they can be removed using Add/Remove programs but no patches or hotfixes
are listed (I know at one time they were listed on my XP machines but on my
win2000 machine they are shown). Is there a way to show all the downloads in
XP? Is there a way to manual remove the patches? Any other ideas would be
appreciated. Thanks again...

If you need further information, please let me know.
