LCD error

i've succeded installing SP2, but after that my lcd got
strange behavior. at the right side look blank and when i
moved my cursor to the left side, the windows slide to
the right side. my computer is Toshiba satellite and my
VGA card is nVIDIA. please help me solve this
problem ....
