If u have WINXP:
1.Open start menu and click on "Run".
2.Type eudcedit
3.and press enter.enjoy.

Not to mention how to install it? ; }

Presumably it comes in a optional component under Add/Remove
Windows Components? The most likely candidate from the ones
that I haven't installed would be Fax Services?
