my computer (windows vista) says it is not compatable with my lexmark x5470,
yet the box it came in says so. what can I do?

Hi pwbwcw57,

Here is a link to the main driver download webpage for your product, lexmark
x5470. Select the appropriate operating system. Download and save the file to
a suitable location. Follow the instructions given when you run the
installation program. If you are using the USB interface, you will need to
disconnect prior to running the program and reconnect when instructed to.
