Lexmark X 74-75 doesn't work

Well the problem is when I got the sp2,I have this lexmarkmachine with
printer, scanner and copier, it prints all my works but the scanner doesn't
work and the copier too, It shows a message with some troubles in the usb
cable or in the power but It couldn't be possible if the printer works, so I
relly need an explanation for this inconvinient, please help me, I from Peru
so maybe the sp2 doesn't work with an spanish version or what. Any idea would
be great. Thanks.
