"libexpat.dll" ?

Message appearing every time I start computer:

"AutoUpdate.exe
This application has failed to start because libexpat.dll was not found.
Re-installing this application may fix this problem."

I have no idea what it's talking about.
Computer also re-starting of it's own accord.
Any ideas?
