library update

how i can delete files stored in library which have been deleted on hard disk

In my experience, you just click on the track and press the "Delete"
key. You don't even get the confirmation dialog (I normally get
prompted when I delete an entry, as I have "Delete files from compute
when deleted from library" in effect) when the referenced file doesn't
exist.
