Hi,
I encountered the same problem. With procexp.exe from sysinternals.com I
noticed that ntvdm.exe leaks resources in the context of licclint.exe.
It goes slowly and that's why it takes a while before the annoying
message boxes show up. Uninstalling is probably the only thing you can do.
