License Changed after KB941649

Hi.

After windows update of KB941649 and restart, the system says that the
license information on the computer has changed and that I need to
restart it. After I restart, the same thing happens over and over again.
The only thing I can to is do the system restore to the point before the
update was applied.
It is this update for sure that is causing the license problem. I tried
to download -Windows6.0-KB941649-v2-x64.msu- manually and install it.
However result is the same - after the restart the system will always
say that the license has changed and I need to restart the computer.

Does anyone know how to fix it or what the problem is?

I have Windows Vista Business x64.

Visit http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/ and click on
"Validate Windows", then restart your computer.

If you are still experiencing problems, visit the following Microsoft web
