LifeChat ZX-6000 and Vista x64

My headphone LifeChat ZX-6000 does not establish a proper connection with my
PC, which uses Windows Vista x64. He continues looking for the receiver but
does not establish a connection. I tried to re-install the drivers and I also
changed the receiver, but that doesn't work too. Why?

I'd like to thank in advance anyone who will reply to this message.

P.S. I tried on another PC which also operates with Vista x86 and it works
perfectly
