Limit access to MSN Messenger and Live Messenger during certain ti

Dear People,

Is there a way to limit the access to MSN Messenger and Live Messenger to
certain times of the day, when using XP Media Center?

I have teenagers who I want to work on their school study.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
