limit user access to one client machine

It has been a while. How do I limit user access (login) to only one client
machine in AD in Windows 2003 server?

One specific machine or one machine per user at one time?

Bring up the user object within Active Directory Users and Computers, select
the Account tab and click on the "Log On To" button.
