Limited Connectivity

I have 2 computers that have Vista 1 is a laptop and the other is a PC. The laptop is connected to the internet perfectly fine. The PC on the other hand(which is connected to the same wireless router) is showing limited connectivity on both wireless and wired network. How can I fix this?
