Link Errors

I was running Vista Business Edition and decided to upgrade to Ultimate. Now
when I click on a web shortcut that is on my desktop I get the following
error.

After this error appears on the screen it immediately opens the location. I
am using Firefox for my browser. I have checked and re-checked and cannot
find the problem. I've even removed it and started from scratch. It was fine
before the Update.
