Link to install offfilt.dll with version 2006.0.5731.0

Hi, I have Windows Server 2003 SP2 installed on my machine. Version number of
offfilt.dll shows as 2006.0.5730.0. Search results of the .xls file are
incorrect which is due to this offfilt.dll as mentioned in KB article of the
Microsoft (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/915800).
There is a link on this article to download the hot fix for this problem,
but this hotfix is only available for WinXP OS.
Does any body knows where can I get this hotfix or is there any other way to
install latest offfilt.dll(Ver. 2006.0.5731.0)?
