Unless you are a MSDN or TechNet subscriber, it is not available yet. IIRC,
it will first become available via Windows Update late this month, and will
probably be available as a download sometime after that.

What's the rush? Is Vista so bad without it that you just can't wait,
hoping SP1 will magically make Vista worth the time, money and trouble?
