Well, no, but during my recent visit to the Windows update site I noticed
that there was a user's help group. I haven't found a related group for MS
Outlook. This problem was on the new PC from the start, I believe, because I
didn't set up my e-mail account in Outlook until after I updating to Windows
SP3. That was about 2 months ago and I'm unlikely to find a restore point
that wouldn't also foul up the other intended changes I've made since then.
